Are the products used safe for kids and pets?
Yes. All applications are professionally handled using EPA-approved products. We recommend keeping pets and children off treated areas until they are dry, usually within a few hours.
Will you inspect for lawn diseases and pests during visits?
Absolutely. Each visit includes a visual inspection for signs of turf disease, grubs, chinch bugs, and other common lawn issues so we can act quickly if treatment is needed.
Is aeration or dethatching part of the program?
Lawn aeration and dethatching are available as add-on services. These help reduce soil compaction, improve root health, and enhance the effectiveness of fertilization treatments.

Treatments are scheduled throughout the year based on seasonal needs—typically 6 to 8 visits annually—to maintain consistent health, weed prevention, and optimal growth.
